The Cellars

Established in 2006, Texas winery – Pedernales Cellars is located in Stonewall, Texas, overlooking the Pedernales River valley.
The river flows over and around huge slabs of limestone, where it can be turbulent, but most often it is tranquil, and a great place to relax and recharge. Pedernales Cellars draws its name from the geography and history of the Pedernales River where “pedernales” means flint in Spanish. You can find a map to and around the Pedernales Falls State Park and continue on to Pedernales Cellars in the midst of the Hill Country Wine Trail

Pedernales Cellars

Texas winery – Pedernales Cellars is a family owned winery planted their first vineyard near Fredericksburg in the early 1990s. They are a boutique winery focused on handcrafted, small-lot wines, and use grapes that thrive in the rugged Texas Hill Country terrain. Their Spanish- and Rhone-style wines have received prestigious awards, including a grand gold at the Lyon International Wine Competition and a double gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
