Established in 2006, Texas winery – Pedernales Cellars is located in Stonewall, Texas, overlooking the Pedernales River valley. The river flows over and around huge slabs of limestone, where it can be turbulent, but most often it is tranquil, and a great place to relax and recharge. Pedernales Cellars draws its name from the geography and history of the Pedernales River where “pedernales” means flint in Spanish. You can find a map to and around the Pedernales Falls State Park and continue on to Pedernales Cellars in the midst of the Hill Country Wine Trail.
