I really want to try their 2018 Mourvèdre, Desert Willow Vineyards. Mourvèdre, also known as Monastrell in its native Spain, and Mataro in Australia, thrives in the Rhone Valley of France where it is often blended with Grenache and Syrah. Their 2018 Mourvèdre is from Desert Willow Vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA. It has ages in oak to produce a wine that is firm, yet medium-bodied, complementing a wide range of foods.
